Activity 9 Valentine's day

  • Who it's best for: Children 6-11 years old.

Explanation and objectives:

The point of this activity is to larn some vocabulary related with Valentine's day. And also to introduce them into a basic form of writting a simple card.

Materials:

  • Pencil and colors.
  • Papers.

Instructions:

  • The teacher introduce some vocabulary related with Valentine's day. 
  • Student listent and pay attention to the presentation.
  • Teacher repeat the words and ask for the meaning.
  • Students repeat and answer the questions.
  • After that teacher models a card.
  • Students have to write to whom is the card and their names.
  • If there is time, they can say who was his/her secret friend.
