Explanation and objectives:
The point of this activity is to practice vocabulary through a TPR technique.
Materials:
- Not needed.
Instructions:
- Stand up and make a circle with the students.
- The teacher will point each student in order and say an emotion previously seen in class.
- The student has to make a gesture according to the emotion the teacher said.
- For example:
- T: (points a student) Happy!
- S: (The student smiles)
- T: (points another student) Angry!
- S: (The student frowns)
- If the student makes a mistake, he or she can continue playing.
